my first entry into blogsville.....

These  cards were done for a Kreative Stampers Design Team Project...I love to use blues and greens, and love beachy summery things, especially seashells. I have an extensive collection of seashells, which I have been collecting since I was a little girt...I used to get them from my Aunts Estella and Louie Howes when I would memorize bible verses...!

The first card was using Stampendous Umbrella Sand set, stamped with StazOn on acetate.  The background is Cor-dinations paper, crumbled and sanded.  Raffia is tied on with a shell to add dimension.
Card #2 is using Stampendous Shell background, stamped with Adirondack acrylic paint dabber in Snow Cap.  When dry, colored over with Distress Inks in tumbled glass and shabby shutters, then wiped off stamped shells.  Stampendous Beachfront boat is stamped and  colored with Twinkling H2O's. Stampendous Hibiscus spray is also stamped, colored, cut out and attached.
Card #3's background is done the same, with Beachfront boat layered on. "Relax..." is from the Stampendous Umbrella Sand set, and the shell cut from an extra Shell backgrounds stamp.
